Lakeland's Sticky Stuff Remover?

How do I clean the glue off my bum when I change patches? The bits round the edge that get quite black with fluff (why is the fluff black even when I wear pale knickers?).

Baby oil just doesn't cut the mustard.

Um, have you tried nail varnish remover (acetone)?

PrettyCandles · 11/10/2009 23:20

On my skin? Twice a week! Wouldn't that be harmful?

I used to use nail varnish remover to get rid of the fluff where my nicotine patches had been. Didn't hurt my skin at all. It has to be safe on skin otherwise lots of people would have sore fingers!

Failing that, a nice abrasive shower mitt or scrubby thing?

I always use it to remove the marks left by plasters so I don't think it would be a problem ... as Septtimus says .. it has to be fairly safe.
