natural progesterone cream

Hello,

Is anyone out there using progesterone cream, and if so, has it helped at all? I have been wondering about a jar of Wellspring's Serenity cream...

It's supposedly mumbo jumbo- if it really worked it would be on NHS.

I've been using this for four months and there has been some improvement for me. Anxiety which crept up on me the last year has faded into the background and irritability is much reduced. Sleep better too.
Libido isn't any better alas and me hair has gone much greasier.

I am going to try it for 4 more months and then see what happens when I stop

I am also wondering...From the web site forums there are two serenity creams, the original made in US and a 'rogue' one apparently distributed from Guernsey which is not v. effective and gives nasty headaches. I am so ratty and fed up with bad nights that I might give it a go, not cheap though.
