Bleeding between periods - is this a menopause symptom?

For the last two months, I've bled mid-cycle - not very much, but enough to notice.

Does anyone know if this is a sign of the menopause approaching? I'm 48.

I also have endometriosis which started throbbing the same as when I have a period.

I've booked a GP appointment for next week - there were only male GPs available this week.

could be- I had that too but only on a couple of occasions, and it was a minute amount of spotting. I did go to the dr and they said keep an eye on it as it can be due to other things- polyps, etc etc.

I think you should see your dr just to check out it is nothing more serious.
