so, am very lax about recording periods (no danger of conceiving) but i reckon in the last year I have had about 3 periods....but now i am having a really heavy one about a month after me last. I keep reading people raving about mooncups and they sound a good idea but would it be stupid to get one now? am 49, no other symptoms, although I can be a bit forgetful. Thing is if I buy one and it takes a while to get used to....wel what can you do with a used but unwanted mooncup?

use it as a vase? Grow something in it?

If you are not having sex then you cannot conceive, but if you are, then you can, until 2 years after your last period if you are under 50 and 1 year if over 50.
