Ok - either I have the flu or the longest lasting hot flush ever.
Sweat ALL the time - worse at night.
Been taking Beechams etc but hasn't helped.
Haven't been able to rest and do nothing - you know how life is and quite honestly don't feel ill enough BUT am feeling ill.
Are hot flushes supposed to last for 5 days??
