Lensetto spray- side effects?

Has anyone had bad side effects starting Lenzetto but come out the other side to find it really helpful? How long before the side effects went away if so? And how long before it helped peri symptoms?

I just started five days ago but feel rotten! Woke up in the night a couple of nights ago with abdominal cramps, have had nausea and fatigue ever since… never done HRT before and have mirena coil so only after the estrogen…

I’ve been in it 3 months and had no side effects I’ve noticed. I’m only on one spray though, how many are you taking?

I’ve been on 1 spray for 4 weeks and have not noticed any side effects. I have only noticed the tiniest improvement in the hot flushes, but that could also be down to the cooler weather. I have a review booked for early December, apparently it can take up 3 months for optimum effectiveness.

Just on one spray. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve seen loads online about it giving some people bad side effects but can’t seem to find any anecdotes of how long that might last…?

I was on three sprays, so a fairly high dose. I found it made me extremely irritable. Poor DH was scared to speak to me in the end, so I came off it.

I’m on three sprays and haven’t had any side effects that I can think of. I do get mood swings from the progesterone tablets though (but at least that’s only for two weeks out of four!)

One spray of Lenzetto is an extremely low dose. I was up to 6 before I absorbed even a small amount so switched to patches

Maybe - I’ve read quite a lot of things (including threads on here!) describing side effects from a single dose. I’m just wondering how long that might last though!

Here’s one of the other threads: www.mumsnet.com/talk/menopause/5303427-lenzetto-cure-worse-than-the-ailment
