Slynd & 2 pumps of gel - feeling achy and headachy

Ive been trying to fully get started on HRT for 3 years! Im now 53 and until 3 months ago I was still having regular periods.

I was using about 1 pump of Gel per day and 1 Utrogestan continuously but my GP suggested I take Slynd instead as I was wholly sick of my periods.

It has worked beautifully to stop my periods but I am very headachy and jittery and shaky. I have upped the gel to two pumps and the head aches, teeth gnashing and a feeling like I have low blood sugar are much worse. I feel crap on one pump and slightly crapper on two. Not really sure where to go now!

I did feel like this on the Utrogestan at times so its not a new thing - I think its linked to Oestrogen - when I apply it to my upper arms I get neck and upper back pain and when I apply it to my thighs I get lower back pain.

Any suggestions?
