Cyclic HRT- started bleeding on Day 13 of progesterone. Still take Day 13 & 14?

Hi everyone,
Quick question for anyone on sequential/cyclic HRT. I’ve started bleeding today on Day 13 of my 14-day progesterone phase.
Should I still take my progesterone today (Day 13) and tomorrow (Day 14) as planned, or stop early since the bleed has started?
It is my 2nd cycle since starting HRT. Would love to hear what your doctors or menopause specialists have advised in this situation! Thanks x

Take the prescribed number of days. I find the bleeding often starts well before the last tablet.

Yeah, I commonly bleed a day or two early and the advice has always been to finish the two weeks of progesterone.

Sorry to jump on your question, but I take progesterone for 12 days from day 15, is there more than one way to take it sequentially, and why would it differ ?

Interesting, the same happens to me and I've always had a short cycle.
