I've been on Evorel Sequi for a year and been great but last few months had a return to night sweats and some GUM symptoms.
Asked GP to move from 50 to 75 but they don't do Evorel patches at 75 so she switched me to an estrogen only patch.
I now have progesterone tablets to take every 2 weeks.
The pharmacy didn't have the patches I was prescribed and substituted the Evorel 50s (so same as I was on before). This was an online pharmacy so I couldn't ask for advice - it just arrived in the post.
Can I take the Estrogen patches of the Evorel at 75 by cutting one in half (so instead of one patch for 1.5 patches).
Do I then skip the "Conti" patches and do two weeks on the progesterone tablets only?
Should I ask the pharmacist in person what to do?
(Will have to wait until Saturday due to shift pattern) Xx
