In started HRT patch 4 weeks ago and on the back of my neck just below hairline I have developed some small lumps, sore when I touch them, no head on them.

I mentioned it to GP whilst on a review phone call and he said might just be changes in body after starting HRT.

Wondered if anyone else had this and if they will go, can I treat them?

Thanks.

Not from HRT, but I have had a cyst on the back of my neck which was like that.

I think it's a common location because of the oils from your hair and blocked follicles.

I can imagine hrt might cause changes to your skin oiliness and sebum which would create them.
