trying to treat and help my poor vagina. I’m the earlier side of 40 and have had vagina drama for years.

countless pessaries creams and lotions and nothing works. The latest is to try IMVAGGIS Pessary. 30mcg. I interred tonight as told and Jesus I’m agony. I’ve been up most the night I feel like my vagina is on fire. I’m absolutely miserable.

Will be contacting GP first thing but if there is anyone up and can help me right now please do. How the hell can I sort myself out so I can at least have a few hours sleep.

Have you got any yoghurt? That used to help me. Or a tepid bath. Pain in the bits is absolutely miserable and I’m sorry you’re suffering. Sometimes the only good thing about being a woman is that it’s better than the alternative.

Oh no. You have my sympathy, @oustedbymymate . Imvaggis was next on my list as it's supposed to be very well tolerated as there are hardly any excipients in it.

What else have you tried?

I can recommend an ice-pack wrapped in a towel for your vulva, but not much help if you're sore inside.
