Hot flushes?

I’m 47 and have been in the midst of horrible perimenopause symptoms for about 2yrs now and I’m on hrt.

The only symptom i haven’t had is hot flushes, but in the last couple of weeks I’ve had a few random times when I’ve gone really red and felt hot/sweaty. It’s only happened when I’ve been moving around and doing something physical (I have a disability so I’m not talking full on exercise). Today I was pottering around tidying up, nothing too strenuous, but enough for me, and I was burning up red and hot. I’m not generally a warm person and always feel cold and don’t really sweat much.

So does this sound like hot flushes?

Does eostrogen or progesterone help with hot flushes?
