Hi ladies. I'm completely panicking as my hair is all knotted and falling out loads since I reduced my hrt a few weeks ago. Taking sandrena & utrogestan, but cut down as was getting increased body hair. Body hair has got a bit lighter, but now my hair is shedding terrible. I asked to switch to Nalvee because of the increased body hair as GP didnt know reason, but been too anxious to start it. Also stressed because of trying to move because of awful neighbours. Any advise please on how to stop panicking. Thanks ladies
