Reusable pads that stay put

I don't have regular periods any more but I get occasional spotting & light bleeding. I use reusable pads for underwear protection. The ones I have slide to the back of the gusset & bunch up when I walk in them. Anyone got a recommendation for ones that stay put?

Have you tried period pants? In my experience they’re very reliable and easy to wash etc.

I used these too, absolutely hated period pants.

The problem in my mind with period pants (admittedly I've never tried them), is how inconvenient it would be undress to change them in even in a clean public bathroom, add into that a dirty public bathroom, or even a clean, cold, portaloo, and they just sound totally impractical.

Yes, especially as I liked yo change frequently even if not strictly necessary.
Wearing damp pants all day feels grim.
