56, been on oestrogen gel with a mirena coil for 2 years. Been feeling quite stable, but recently had a couple of bleeds (investigated and all fine) and started developing greasy skin and spots, which I've not had for years.
Anyone experienced this? Is it just my hormones messing around again? Do I need to tweak my hrt? Any ideas much appreciated!
