Vulval dryness need suggestions for vulval lubricants NOT oestrogen cream

Hi, as title really. I already use oestrogen cream intra vaginally and vulvally but can’t use it often enough to combat the dryness as I am very sensitive to the ingredients. I’m after a good product which will help lubricate my vulva but it needs to be super gentle on my poor long suffering fanny!
I am also on HRT
TIA

@MummyOreIve tried hydromol, same issue! I have the most sensitive vulva in the world🤣

Have you tried Intrarosa (aka prasterone) pessaries. They are DHEA (ehich uour body converts yo oestrogen and testosterone) in a coconut oil base. They are very moisturising and soothing. I'm not sure about getting them on the NHS but you can buy them privately easy enough.

Another one who really disliked Replens for the clumpy bits for days after 🤢 I've found Balance Ativ pessaries good but expensive (I use VagiFem oestrogen pessaries too). Oestrogen cream makes me sore, but externally coconut oil is great.

I'd also be interested in trying Imvaggis pessaries, which are just Estriol but in a waxy/fat base which has far fewer excipients than the creams and gels. And I guess as it melts it should more easily flow down externally than the tablet pessaries.

I'm on my 3rd tube of P Happi - so think this is a product I'm going to keep using zz it's not a lubricant as such but is about helping the vag biome - I found it helped after a month on anti biotics for UTIs - so might be something to add to the stash to fight the good fight.

I also struggle with oestrogen creams which irritate & trigger UTI - I'm ok with pessaries but couldn't do the two weeks every day

I’ve had good results from almond oil.

Following with interest as I am having the same issues. I have been using Cetraben cream which does help, it's gentle and unperfumed. Also Sudocreme like you'd use for nappy rash if things get a bit inflamed and very sore. GP pretty useless on this. I also use the Estriol cream.
