Have been on patches for maybe 9 months after finally seeing the GP for awful peri symptoms. I'm 50, periods were anywhere between 19 days and 8 weeks, insomnia, flushes, night sweats, battered emotions, the lot.
First few months all ok, back to regular 'bleeds' then I somehow got 2 boxes muddled up and was using patches from both. New prescription and I've been using them religiously for 3 months now, no bleeding. Something to be concerned about?
DP has had a vasectomy and chemo following testicular cancer, no chance of pregnancy!
