I’ve got an NHS prescription for this and don’t know why I’m suddenly nervous to take it. I’ve been wanting to try HRT for over a year. I’m early fifties and have many symptoms, so why now am I anxious? Do you take it and did it help?

Yes, I take Sandrena and have done for several years, along with utrogestan capsules. I have found it very helpful and don’t plan to stop anytime soon!

I’d suggest you could give it a try for 3-6 months and then review what difference it makes to your symptoms. You can always stop or change the dose or type of HRT if you need to.
