Perimenopause HRT help

Hi Can anyone offer any advice please

I've been on HRT for a few months now. I am 44. I started on the patch 50 but it kept coming off before I needed to replace it. I'm also on 100mg of Progesterone 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I then went onto 3 pumps of the spray daily.

I have really sore boobs and constantly feel like I don't know if I'm coming or going. I feel so wobbly with life. Does it get better? How long does it take?

That sounds like a lot of changes in a few months. Who has prescribed these three different medications? When I started HRT at a similar age to you I felt lots better within a week or two. (Evorel Sequi patch although nearly 20 years ago so may be better / different options for you.)

If you're taking progesterone sequentially, a more usual dose would be 200mg. Generally 100mg is for continuous. So you may be out of balance with your oestrogen.

How many months is 'a few'?

I have been taking it since February. I just realised after you saying this although my progesterone is 100mg I take two so would be the 200mg. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
