I would suggest allowing your wife to explore this herself with a medical professional rather than trying to find people on the internet to give you tips on how to make your wife feel like she has to serve you whilst going through one of the toughest times of her life.

If you want some help from people here you should maybe try with some empathy for how hard it is for her, and tell us that SHE wants to boost her libido not that you do, which is what it looks like here.

Its not supposed to read like that she has spoken to the gp who suggested mindfulness! She asked me to ask here as she doesnt know how to use this site my apologies if it came over wrong but when you look online there are literally hundreds of products available and she just wanted an honest opinion from others in the same boat.

@Kentwales I am just replying to see if I can give you a bit more of a helpful reply than the one above. I do agree that your wife should seek medical advice from a professional. It sounds like this is likely to be menopause related - assume this is a new symptom? That being the case, I would revisit the GP and insist that they reconsider the symptoms. It's possible testosterone may help. I wouldn't be looking at any supplements or treatments that you can buy online, she really needs to speak to her GP. Failing that, it may be worth visiting a private specialist.

@Kentwales , HRT including vaginal Estrogen and Testosterone gel. Speak to the GP if the GP is useless ask to be referred to the menopause clinic. Be prepared for a wait or to go private if necessary.

It's not hard for you wife to learn how to use the web.
It would be more helpful for her in the short and longer term if you showed her how to post here (as you have done) so she can 'talk' for herself.

As others have said she needs to talk to her GP but posters her can help her more if she asks herself, rather than if you act as a mediator.
