I’m 46 been on hrt for 2 and a half years, the doctors upped my dose to 100 estrderm mx patch, I have been on 200mg progesterone tablets every night for a year. Reason I spoke to them is that my face flushes for hours on end even when my body is cold, which would then trigger migraines, from my face over heating. I can be doing nothing and this will still happen. I have been on the patch for 2 months now and I feel so depressed and sad, hot face has still not changed and getting more headaches. I don’t know what to do, I feel like everything gets put down to hormones.

Could it be linked to MCAS?

It might be rosacea - look it up? https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/rosacea/

I thought this to begin with but the doctors says said no.

Looking at it on the web, I don’t think it’s this as I only have the face flushing for hours on end.

Presumably it's not linked to high BP-or drinking alcohol?

Maybe you should see a dermatologist?

No have low blood pressure and don’t drink. I am booking another review so hopefully they can do something, thanks

Low blood pressure is linked to MCAS/hypermobility/dizziness etc

I really think you should look at it OP.
