Start of progestone phase and slight bleed

Need advice before go to gp really. Been on hrt patches(50) and progesterone for days 11-26 all been great. Use progesterone vaginally as made me far to sleepy but not told gp this.
But start of progesterone last night and slightly red discharge when I wipe.
Is this concerning or not? Info I have found suggests hormone imbalance. I know in recent hot weeks I have gone through more patches than 1 per week as they lose stickiness.
Should I be worried or not?

You only need report it if you are post menopause- 12 months with no natural periods. Otherwise it's your own cycle, most likely.
Not sure what you mean about the patches- presumably using a new one before the old one is finished? So you might have added a bit more estrogen than usual? I'd not rush to see your GP just yet but finish the Utrogestan and then see your GP if you have spotting again outside a normal hrt cycle.

Yes using weekly patches so sometimes had to replace patch at least 2x a week.
Still peri so was going prob going to continue progesterone and see if usual bleed happens once stopped.
