Patch and tablets - feeling on edge

Hi, I started the Evorel 50 patch and daily 100mg progesterone tablet last Wednesday

Since starting I have felt continuously on edge, like I have an anger inside me that could be tipped over at any point

Is this my body getting used to the hormones?

Im 51 and was still having semi regular periods
Also have a copper coil that the Dr suggested getting replaced with a mirena but I’m not keen

You're only a few days in. I was up and down for about 8 weeks before everything settled and I felt so much better

It's normal to take up to 12 weeks to get stabilised on any new medication. Stick with it
