Menopause help feeling out of control

Hi,
Been going through the menopause for about 3 of years now.
Currently on Evorel 100 (done 50 and 75)

I feel shit

I feel like I’m not in control of my own brain
I forget, I can’t think straight, I feel like I’m spinning all the time.
I don’t know what I want to eat, but I’m hungry
I can’t be bothered
I lose things
I stutter
I just can’t think straight
I don’t make sense

gp said the 100 patches would help, but they aren’t - there must be something else
please tell me it gets better?

Dashing around, but wanted to reply. Have the GP or private clinic check your free androgen index and consider adding testosterone. It really was a game changer for me, especially re addressing the cognitive symptoms, although they will only usually consider prescribing if you have loss of libido. Has the GP investigated non menopause causes and done a thyroid, B12, iron levels etc?

Yes, I was low on all. Now also on iron tablets, b12 and 100mg thyroid tabs
