Testogel dosage advice

I’ve been taking a very small dose of Testogel for the last 2 years (pea sized amount 3 times a week) I saw the menopause consultant today and due to ongoing issues with low libido, he advised I increase my dosage, using one sachet ,over a 10 day period (currently one sachet lasts me at least a month or more) what sort of dosage would this look like ? I hate the fact that there is no dosage applicator, but I knew what pea sized looked like.

If one of those little 40mg sachets lasted a month your peas must be more like pinheads. I’ve always spread them over 8 days with a petit pois sized blob a day - I haven’t heard of a dose every 3 days, always daily for me.
