Am sure there's a thread already ... but a search took me to "baby names"

Has anyone tried this product - I don't trust online reviews (which are v good) nearly as much as Mumsnet.

Am keen to find out if helped with UTI reoccurring and general well being.

Thank you .... or indeed any recommendations ....

Are you already using vaginal oestrogen because omo that's the best thing for menopausal bladder issues.

Yes I am - using pessaries but not cream as that aggravates me too. I have ridiculous sensitivities thanks to peri - histamine intolerance etc and the cream seems to be one of them. Pessaries yes - but have to be careful not too often as again a problem. Up now thanks to bladder twitching and irritating ...

Jude is really, really weak! You’re best off ordering much stronger pumpkin seed oil supplements. Here is the one I use which is fantastic https://amzn.eu/d/05SOxTca

You could try intrarosa or an estring rather than pessaries. Pessaries irritated my bladder eventually after 2 years of use but neither of those do.

I tried it but not convinced it helped

Oh that's interesting had never heard of these. I have wondered if pessaries are the problem - the cream definitely caused irritation and I'm not sure I can do pessaries either. Have been getting loads of UTIs since I started them ... which is the opposite of what I was taking them for obviously.

I take d-mannose which is meant to help but my bladder issues are linked to nerve damage x
