You will need to see your GP, so however you can arrange that, keep trying. You need to tell whoever answers the phone/emails that it's urgent.

It may be nothing serious, but your GP will arrange for an ultrasound scan.

It can be quite common with HRT to get these little 'blips' of bleeding but it needs checking.

Do you have a walk-in centre? You could also try 111, or book a private GP if you can afford it (I know you shouldn't have to, but lots of people say they'd sacrifice their holiday/meals out if they're worried about their health).

Do your doctors have an online facility? I had post meno bleeding, filled the form in and got referred to a fab gynae without having to see a gp.

No they don't have a walk in centre and I did an e consult this morning and it told me to ask to be put on clinicians list when I rang they told me I'd have to ring 8 am again to see if they could do it, my doctors are a complete joke to be honest, I think I will ring 111 if its as bad tomorrow, do you think it's serious or just to do with hrt

I had the same last October. I did an econsult and wad in front of my Dr within 24 hrs. Bleeding after no periods needs to be checked into. I had an ultrasound within 2 weeks and then a hysteroscopy. I had a biopsy and they checked the lining of the womb. Everything was fine. Whatever you do if you need to have a hysteroscopy do it under general anaesthetic . Mine was under gas and air and was undoubtedly the most painful experience I have ever had. I bleed a lot and got an infection and had antibiotics. Every incident of spotting however small should be investigated. Thankfully Im ok. Good luck x

Your GP system sounds awful, I’m so sorry.

you do need to be seen. Try 111 and see if they can get you an appointment somewhere else.
