Ovulation flu feeling during perimenopause

Does anyone else find the few days around ovulation or ovulation symptoms worse than period time during perimenopause.

Without fail for the past 6 months I keep getting a shock out of how awful I feel for about 3 days, like a zombie with flu.

Before about 38 I used to just get a pinching pain and some crampy pain and that was the only noticeable symptoms.

Just wondering if I am alone with this. Sorry for bad grammar, I am so tired to the bone!!

Yes, I feel totally drained, nothing left to give to anyone and then it lifts. It’s got worse over the years, knowing that it’s going to happen helps me get through it as I know it’s for a defined period of time. I just go easy on myself for those few days.
