Migraines:how much Oestrogen to stop?

Hi everyone I did a much longer post detailing my history of switching from Yasmin to HRT but ultimately I just want to know how many pumps of gel or how strong a patch people needed to prevent or improve hormonal migraines? Especially severe ones and with a history of menstrual migraines before starting HRT. Thankyou!!

It worked for my hormonal headaches. I suffered with them for years but didn't really see the hormone link until the past year. I started on Evorel Sequi/50 a few months ago to deal with other symptoms and the headaches have almost disappeared. I still get one around the start of my period but it's much easier to medicate and I can usually carry on with my day.
