What supplements/products have you all used to ease hair loss in menopause?

I see lots advertised online but don't know how legit the reviews are

What works please?

Have you been to the GP OP?

Not a GP, briefly mentioned it to the nurse who shrugged me off because of my age, I'm 43 and she felt that was too early

Watching this post. My hair has thined alot in the last couple of years. I'm 41. Did go the the gp as I had other peri symptoms too. I was told I was too young. I did manage to get a blood test out of it but all normal

I’ve noticed hair loss as well - I’ve had a year+ of extreme stress, but then I’m also in the age range for perimenopause. I should take my own advice and go to the GP!

I kept getting ads on Facebook for pumpkin seed oil capsules for hair loss. I decided to eat about 20 pumpkin seeds per day instead and it has actually worked for me! Far less hair comes out when I wash it, it blocks DHT apparently
