Just wondering if anyone has this and has any solutions. I’m 53, still have periods and increasingly they are becoming more painful. I’ve had a scan and have v clear adenomyosis. Just before I come on, I swell up so much I could look 4 months pregnant - it’s v noticeable. It does go away about a week later. Am I destined to get this every month till my periods stop?
