Clitoral Adhesions

Hello

I wondered if anyone has any experience of seeking help for clitoral adhesions?

My clitoris has almost disappeared. I used to have a clitoral hood and the clitoris underneath but now that whole area of my vulva is just skin fused together. There's only a wee triangle where I can see my clitoris underneath.

I'm 43 this year. I went back on the pill last year due to increasing physical PMT symptoms (heavy breasts, period pain).

I can't say it's affecting my life but according to the internet, it could get worse.

Is there any point in having an operation if they will just come back?

Will the GP even have heard of it/take it seriously or would I need to go private?

Thanks

I’d see the GP. Some oestrogen cream may help.

Thanks. For the sake of speed, I have ordered some online (had to add a couple of years onto my age!). If it works, I can ask GP to prescribe regularly. If it doesn't work, will ask GP to examine me/refer me on.
