Sneeze changes- is this another gift of perimenopause?

I used to do “normal” sneezes…nasal sneezes, with a ladylike “Atchoo” sound.
Lately sneezes come with a loud shout/ cough sound. Has this happened to anyone else? I miss my old normal sneezes.

Yes I have noticed this. It’s like an inability to quieten them down like I used to.

Exactly, and they seem to involve my voice box!
