Estradot shortage again, any experience of the spray?

Chemist said there’s no estradot again
and it’s going to take a while for supplies
to appear. Again. They’ve given me evorel as a replacement but they just don’t stay stuck to me and make me itch.

I didn’t get on with the gel last time there was a shortage but I read there is a spray for your forearms that can be a temp replacement. Has anyone tried the spray and if so can you tell me how you got on with it? Thanks.

Honestly these shortages makes me feel so miserable because the alternatives just don’t work for me. Oral pill isn’t an option.

I use the spray, Lenzetto. Difficult to advise as I didn’t really have any symptoms when I started on it, other than perhaps some occasional headaches, however, my doctor is a big advocate for getting women on HRT so I have been using it for around 4 years I think, I am now 51.

I have a Mirena coil so no idea where I am in terms of menopause but I can say that I still have no definite symptoms. I say that as currently I am fatigued, but I also have low ferritin levels so am on iron tablets for that.

Thanks for responding. Is the spray hard to absorb? I found rubbing in the gel took ages

No, I spray it in before I clean my teeth and it’s dry by the time I have finished brushing 😊
