Oestrogen Patch Residue

How’s everyone getting rid of the residue left behind from the patches? A quick internet search says using oil is effective, but I want to hear your tried and tested solutions please! TIA

Rub the patch you have just taken off over the area that seems to do the trick for me.

Thanks to those that recommended Baby Oil! I thought I’d start with the easiest most accessible solution and I’m happy to report that it worked a treat!
