Brain fog, focus and memory

I was diagnosed with POI last August (aged 37) and have been slowly increasing my HRT since then – currently on 100mcg patches.

It's taken the edge off a lot of my symptoms, but my working memory and focus are still absolutely shot.

I write for work, and I struggle so hard to maintain a thread of an idea for more than a very short time. I can do quick, high-level tasks fine, but I don't seem to be able to 'go deep' at all anymore. Is this just how my brain is, now?

Has anyone experienced this also and managed to overcome it?

I really thought HRT would fix it but it doesn't seem to be touching the sides.
