Has anyone else experienced this?

I drink plenty. I can’t take hrt. But do take supplements, but every single day I wake up with pounding headache. Sometimes it eases quickly. Others it lasts hours. I got up at 9am today and it’s still there now despite pain relief, food and fluids!

Have you seen your GP or an optician? Might be best to.

If you have pre existing medical conditions which mean you can't use HRT, are you using meds for those conditions?
If you have something serious which means no HRT, you might need advice from your GP on supplements.

Do you take your own BP regularly?

Supplements aren't always 'safe - they can have side effects and some supplements are contraindicated for existing medical conditions or when taken if you're already on drugs.

Daily, constant headaches are a reason to see your GP.
