I have had pins and needles in my right arm on and off through the day for 2 months. And sometimes it feels like something crawling on my hand but nothing there.
Has anyone had this in peri and does anything help?
I contacted GP today but no appts left.

Could it be repetitive strain from using a mouse/keyboard? Carpal tunnel syndrome?

Eurgh yesssss! Started Xmas ..burning feet, burning tongue, pins and needles in legs feet hands and arms, crawling feeling on scalp, muscle twitches alllll over. When wash my son's hair the sensation in left hand is always off ..feels like when I touch velvet or something , it just goes thru me :( has same effect as nails on a blackboard. Bloods, MRI and nerve conduction...all fine. Gp just referred to neuro. Spoken with practice nurse who agreed to start hrt to see if this helps, only 5 weeks in and still got symptoms, perhaps diminished in intensity? Started low dose so prob going to ask to go standard dose pretty soon . Pretty sure its peri - came on so suddenly with horrendous night sweats, ADHD symptoms terrible, and random aches and pains. Tried magnesium supplements, don't think it's helped even the twitching. I definitely find when exercise the tingling gets worse in my hands but guess that's circulation when I get hot.
Hope U find something that works, I'd defo say get bloods done to check ferritin or vitamin deficiencies.
