Can I keep taking progesterone briefly if my Lenzetto has run out?

I started on Lenzetto one pump and continuous progesterone about six weeks ago. I do still have periods - it had only been 3 months without them when I started but GP (menopause specialist) suggesting trying continuous due to progesterone intolerance but warned I may have irregular bleeding. I have had a period and some intermittent spotting since taking it but both a lot more bearable than the insanely heavy periods I had been having.

I stupidly didn’t get my repeat for the Lenzetto in time and it ran out yesterday. I took the progesterone last night and will call GP first thing tomorrow and hopefully get prescription filled same day but wondering if there’s any reason I shouldn’t continue taking the Progesterone in the meantime? I’ve been getting on ok with it since it settled after the first week so would prefer not to disrupt anything else if possible. Anyone able to share any wisdom?

Thanks

Yes it won't make any difference at all.

If you stop both for days you might start to get spotting.

Yes. I had a progesterone coil for years before starting lenzetto. No issues at all.
