Hi! How long does it take to be out of peri menopause?? Wondering if anyone is in the same boat. I was diagnosed with random early menopause when i was 23, no family history or cancer etc. I am now 28 on HRT and B12 injections but still feel so tired and irritable all the time, when is it supposed to get better?? (I have a 7 year old son thankfully!)

So sorry to hear this.
You need to be in touch with the Daisy Network. This is a national charity , led by consultants, and where you can get advice and talk to other women like you. There is a small fee to join the charity to access the support forum but it would be worth it.

If you are not seeing a consultant experienced in this, you ought to be and possibly need your HRT tweaking /more estrogen.

Are you seeing a consultant on a regular basis for reviews?

Ah thank you I will look into that. And no I’m not, I was for the first couple of years but now just feel like I’ve been left to my own devices
