Weight gain in perimenopause

I'm 43, have had a few symptoms of peri but nothing with going to the doc over, yet. However. I've never struggled with my weight, always been very lucky to eat whatever I want and stay slim, although I generally eat fairly healthily anyway. Just lately though I've really been feeling my belly, I feel bloated a lot and my trousers feel really tight. I haven't changed anything in the way of diet or exercise (I swim twice a week and do a quick 15 minutes calisthenics routine most days) so can only assume it's changing hormones.

I keep seeing adverts for various things you can take - Ankhway, Bloatburn by Neuaura - has anyone tried these and seen any effect?
