6 months on hrt, stress incontinence

Started oestrogel last year, have a mirena in place. I've never had incontinence before, even after delivering 2 big babies. Now i have a small leak almost every day. Should I commit to the kegels for a few months or get straight onto some topical oestrogen treatment locally?

My understanding is It's best to do both, not either or.

Kegels should be done daily for life ( 3 sets of 10 lifts a day) and estrogen cream helps build the tissues but isn't a cure in itself.

@JinglingSpringbells I agree with this. I have just started on the topical eostrogen and it is helping but the kegels are essential
