Hi ladies. Looking for some advice please. I upped my sandrena & utrogestan and now have excess body hair on thighs & forearms. I am very upset by it and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows which one of them would be causing it. Thanks for your help.

No, I have actually gone the other way, and HRT appears to have stopped my body hair growth. I only need to shave my legs once every 3 weeks, and there isn't much there to shave anymore.

I've always had quite hairy arms, but I haven't noticed any difference.

I have been using Sandrena gel & utrogestan for the past few months and haven't noticed any difference in hair growth. Perimenopause can cause excess hair though so it might be your natural hormones getting in on the party?

I don’t recognise the brand names, so not sure if either of these is testosterone. If it is, I had this problem when told to apply it to my low tummy area. I started to grow hair on my tummy and also the tops of my legs. I moved application to my inner upper arms and so far no growth there but the other hair has stopped growing and not come back after I removed it.
