The Rage (swearing)

Wow. Just recently, every single little fucking thing has been pissing me right off. Every little irritation just makes me want to scream. ESP wankers on the road.
49, on hrt/mirena (so no idea of periods)
Started new job 6months ago, that’s been a bit stressful, long commute, so thought I was just a bit burned out- but had last week off annual leave (caught up on sleep - lush) but nothing has changed - am still in a mood sponsored by inconvenience
Is this the rage? I thought I’d mellowed with age… wtf is going on?

I am 47, mirena and patch and feel exactly the same. I still have some very light spotting when my period is due ( and still have a tracker from pre mirena times so I know the timing is correct ) and for around 10 days before my spotting /period, I feel out of control , with my patience being non existent and this constant anger that comes in waves. Strangely, my symptoms pretty much started few months after having Mirena fitted. One way or another, I hope I snap out of it soon ( I work in the field where patience is fundamental, whilst also working under lots of pressure 🤦‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️). It’s crap, isn’t it

I'm 63 and well past the menopause and feel like this 😂
