My Facebook/instagram are full of the multitude of supplements which claim they’re going to ease my aches and pains, make me sleep wonderfully and the weight will just fall off because……….

are any of them actually worth the money? if so any recommendations?

I had achy joints so tried cod liver oil which worked for a while, but then I was achy again so went on to a good quality omega 3 and I’ve had no problems since.
I was feeling tired a lot so stopped alcohol and started vitamin B complex, and found it much better.
I take D3 & K2 for bones.
And finally magnesium glycinate for sleep, which does help, although if I’m having a particularly stressful time I pop the occasional antihistamine to help me sleep.
I’m not a fan of the one tablet cures all type supplements, I prefer to target a problem.

No, in a word.

If they worked they'd be prescribed medicines.

Thanks both

i think I’ll go back to just some supplements for key things. I was taking various but something was upsetting my stomach so stopped them all.
I’d not tried cold liver oil for the aches so may try that.
