Regular but short periods

Fairly sure I’ve been having peri symptoms for a while - but unsure whether I should just get on with it, or talk to dr & do something about it

Age 44. Forgetfulness, Brain fog, possibly increased anxiety, not sleeping well, hot at night & simetimes (particularly couple days before period) night sweats

But my periods are regular as clockwork - if anything, more so than they’ve ever been before. However they are very short (completely over within 2-3 days). Is this normal?!

Shorter periods is definitely a sign of peri. Best to see the GP
