I’ve recently increased my progesterone ( advised by gynaecologist ) Upto 200mg vaginally due to having 75mg of oestrogen patches . Since then my joint aches and pains are horrific . I’m literally struggling to walk , get in and out of the car etc etc . Has anyone else found this on the higher progesterone

I'm on Mirena for progesterone but am also having horrendous muscle and joint aches and fatigue. Has happened quite recently. I'm dragging my arse around like I'm a 90 year old (and not a sprightly one either). I just put it down to yet more menopause. I'm on Evorel 75. Trying to keep vitamin D levels topped up, just in case it's that.

I’m awaiting a coil fitting in July . I was hoping perhaps with the coil it would stop . My vit d is ok I’ve had loads of bloods done recently . I’m that bad I’m seriously considering stopping HRT as it’s that bad 😩
