Anxiety and procrastination

Hi ladies

I’m 45 and have been on HRT patches for the last year. Started on 50mg and now up to 75mg. Over the last few weeks my anxiety has been slowly building. I have a knot in my stomach all the time and things that should be simple, like paying a bill online, feel overwhelming so I’m stuck in this cycle of procrastination. I experience it at work too but the nature of working to deadlines, means I have to get on with stuff. But outside of work, I feel like everything is too much to manage. Does anyone have any advice? Do I need to up my dose of patches? Any experiences much appreciated. thanks 🙏

No advice, but in same boat. It’s fucking shit.

@BruceLeTerror it sucks doesn’t it? I forgot to add that I can’t read much anymore as I just can’t concentrate! I literally read a page over and over again, and nothing goes in. Hopefully someone with some more wisdom will make some suggestions!

I have procrastination but worse is that recently I have days of pretty depression. I think it might be a progesterone issue. I’m going to go through one more cycle and then I’ll ask my GP is maybe I should take more progesterone - or instead of 2 capsules for 2 weeks of the months, take one every day so it’s all a bit more even.
