Anybody have a great tip on getting rid of the sticky fluff covered squares left when you take off an hrt patch without having to basically sandpaper your skin?! I look like a patchwork quilt and it’s so hard to remove!

I have been using adhesive remover wipes ! U can get them from chemist or Amazon x

just rub it with the patch you have taken off. It takes a little while but gets it off really well

I find it comes off once I soak it in the shower and then scrub it with a towel when getting dry.

As above, drying with a rough towel after a bath/shower. A little bit of conditioner helps loosen it quicker.

I rub a little oil into it after a shower then leave it. Next time I see it it rubs off

I use the old patch and just scrape the black bits and it comes off.

Baby oil takes it off

I never had any success using the old patch to rub off, baby oil or the sprays, but these wipes take it off quickly without any harsh rubbing.

Be careful using baby oil it does work but I had an allergy to the sticky on everol I don't know why !! u have to be careful removing them or any patch because if u rub or scrape u cud inflame or irritate the skin .
I changed to the new estrodot conti there massive I use alcohol wipe to remove and use it before I apply new patch then I use cavilon barrier spray wait til fully dry then apply it's really helped the itching also using la Roche posay barrier cream to help the skin after removal
If this can help anyone else goodluck !!
