Will restarting Evorel Sequi help with these sudden menopause hot flushes?

After being on Evorel Sequi for several years my GP switched me onto Conti which to cut a long story short ended up with continuous bleeding and then a hysteroscopy to check there was nothing sinister going on (there wasn't thankfully).

As I had to pause HRT after the hysteroscopy last June and just never restarted it. I thought ok, I'm 54 looks like I'm sailing through the menopause, no need for HRT!

Last 2 weeks I've had the most awful hot flushes at night. Had about 3hrs last night and I'm shattered. Luckily I had 3 unopened boxes of Sequi that I had prescribed last year after the hysteroscopy as I didn't want to go back on Conti.

I've just put my first patch on.Please tell me the hot flushes will get better. Honestly, I'm shocked at just how much it has disturbed my sleep and general wellbeing.
